Ayes: 2 Nays: 0 Abstain: 1 <br />B. <br />CORRESPONDENCE & GENERAL INFORMATION <br />None <br />C. REPORTS <br />C-1 Water Management Planning -Barr Engineering Progress Report <br />Karen Chandler reviewed the information distributed at the prior meeting including: <br />• Description of need to understand the Lake Owasso Outlet and impacts on flooding. <br />Chandler will contact Maloney to find outlet report. <br />• Funding available through BWSR Lakeshore Program ($250,000) and DNR <br />($10,000) for shoreland restoration projects <br />• Some sort of treatment should be provided for all direct inputs into all DNR protected <br />waters. <br />• The Board discussed the proposed classification systems for waterbodies and <br />wetlands and the potential for overlap. It was decided that all waterbodies that are <br />"named" would be classified as waterbodies and the remainder as wetlands. <br />D. <br />BILLS <br />D-1 Bills to be considered for payment <br />Roessler moved approval of payment of Invoice #2362645-4 to Barr Engineering <br />Company of $12,688.23, Landwehr seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 <br />D. ADJOURNMENT <br />Landwehr moved the meeting be adjourned at 7:30 p.m., Roessler seconded. Ayes: 3 Nays: 0 <br />
