Lexington Avenue, St. Pffill, Minnesota on Friday, the 24th day of March, 1961 at 8:00 P. M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees McGee, Flanagan, and Reinecke, and the following were absent: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustee Reinecke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 426 BE IT REOOLVED by the VillC€ e Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: WHEREAS the ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., is the owner of the follcwing described real estate, described as follows, to-wjt: The East One Hundred Twenty-Five (E 125) feet of the South Two Hundred Fifty (S 250) feet of Lot Two (2) Asylltm outlot, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds and for Ramsey County, Minne sota. and WHEREAS RC'BEHTS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., is constructing a multiple dwelling uni t upon said property, and W11EREAS there exists along and upon a street commonly known as St. Albans Street, a water ma.in, and lnJHEREAS it is the desire of the ROJ3ERTS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., to lay a water main from their multiple dwelling construction to the water main along and upon said St. Albans Street, IDT,-J THERE:FDHE IT IS RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AS FDLLm-iS: The mBERTS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., is hereby authorized to connect a water main to service its multiple dwelling unit along and unon the right-of-way of Larpenteur Avenue from the above described multiple unit to the water main on said St. Albans Street. The Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul is here l:y authorized to extend their water main lines and connectioms within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville to facilitate water service to the a.bove described multiple dwelling unit. ADOPTED by the Village Council this 24th day of March, 1961.
