I. Abetter understanding of the cause for observed water quality trends and the importance of aquatic plant <br />management in keeping the lake clear for a wide range of recreational uses. <br />I. Better coordination of management activities and better understanding of management responsibilities by <br />various organizations and agencies. Management activities to be evaluated include: <br />- Aquatic plant management <br />- Recreational use: controls & enforcement <br />- Fisheries management (regulations, stocking & winter aeration) <br />- Lake level <br />- Dredging <br />- Goose control <br />- Financing <br />- Monitoring & evaluation <br />- Watershed management <br />- Stormwater management <br />Reconciling the desire for intensive recreational use with conflicts that will likely increase when providing for <br />or accommodating increased recreational use. <br />A solution or resolution of lake level control during drought conditions. <br />A strategy and contingency plan for Eurasian watennilfoil. <br />
