J.j ~ 7 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Ibnald lbbertsf <br /> <br />, as developer, has undertaken to <br /> <br />grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized~ertain streets <br /> <br />in the Fairview Hi.lJ.s plat known as Bruce Avenue, from Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />to Wheeler Street and Brooks Avenue from Beacon to Wheeler Street, said <br /> <br />Brooks Avenue being dedicated and constructed for the south 30 feet only, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Ibnald lbberts <br /> <br />has filed and also made his request <br /> <br />for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of <br /> <br />Ibseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets <br /> <br />and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said streets <br /> <br />has been completed in acco:rdance with all requirements of the VilJage <br /> <br />Ordinances and recommends the acceptance of said streets by the Village, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that BRUCE AVENUE from Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />to Wheeler Street, and the south thirty feet of BROOKS AVENUE from <br /> <br />Beacon Street to Wheeler Street as dedicated and constructed, both streets <br /> <br />being in Fairview mlls, be and are hereby accepted by the Village of <br /> <br />Ibseville as Village streets, and that <br /> <br />D:mald Ibberts <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Western Surety OJmpany as bonding company be and are hereby released from <br /> <br />any further liability for construction and maintenance of said streets. <br /> <br />AOOPTED by the Village OJuncil this ,L'L/Cli day Ofma>2.~A:./ 19 "/ <br /> <br />ATT!ST: <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />.j:i:'~ {d~' <br /> <br />~ t~Jitt;-;(.k <br />~CLERK <br />
