No new items within Shoreview since the March 23, 2000 meeting. <br />2. No new items within Roseville since the March 23, 2000 meeting. <br />3. Lake Owasso Plan, Situation Analysis: <br />The board discussed the draft Lake Owasso Plan prepared by Dick <br />Osgood of Ecosystem Strategies. Ecosystem Strategies was hired by <br />Ramsey County to work with the Lake Owasso Association. Niether the <br />County or Dick Osgood contacted Roseville, Shoreview or the GLWMO <br />regarding this issue. The Board expressed concern regarding potential <br />inconsistancies with GLWMO planning efforts and asked that the <br />County and Dick Osgood be invited to the next GLWMO meeting to <br />present their work. Mark Maloney noted that a similar plan was being <br />prepared on Snail Lake. <br />B.
