New Developments/projects within Roseville affecting the GLWMO -- Nothing new to report <br />since last meeting <br />Lake Owasso Plan, Situation Analysis <br />At the May 4, 2000 meeting, the Board reviewed a draft of a report being prepared by Dick <br />Osgood of Ecosystem Strategies for the Lake Owasso Association. This report, paid. for by <br />Ramsey County, addresses many of the same issues as the GLWMO Second Generation. Plan. <br />Staff has invited Mr. Osgood to attend a future GLWMO meeting to present the report. <br />Unfortunately, he was not able to attend the June 8, 2000 meeting. A newer draft of the report is <br />attached. <br />
