Keel, P.E. <br />Grass Lake WMO <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Keel: <br />Enclosed is a memorandum that was sent to Karen Studders, Commissioner of the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), which discusses the near-term process and decision points <br />regarding the MPCA schedule for deciding whether, or not, to submit a revised Totai <br />Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) List of impaired waters to the U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency. <br />A Record of Decision will be prepared by the end of October 2000. At that time, the <br />Commissioner will select a preferred option.
