<br />RESOLUTION NO. 433 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE VILU-I.GE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RDSEVILLE HELD <br />ON APRIL. 14, 1961 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due notice, the regular meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on fl,pril 14, 1961, at 8:00 P. M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Shields. Trustees McGee, Flanagan and Reinecke <br /> <br />The following member was absent: <br />Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Reineck introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council refer to the Police Department <br />~~d the Building Inspector the complaints of the petitioners listed in <br />the petition of April 12, 1961, requesting the operation of the "Goofy <br />Golf Concession" located at 1789 Lexington Avenue North be investigated <br />for possible violation of Chapter 203 of the Village Ordinances; and <br />taking the necessary corrective action in accordance with Chapter 204- <br />020. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly second- <br />ed by Member Flanagan and upon a vote being taken thereon the following <br />voted in favor thereon: <br /> <br />Acting Hayor Shields, Trustees McGee, Reinecke rmd Flanagan <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />'\.\Thereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adorted. <br /> <br />ATTESTt <br /> <br />~ j' <br />.. ~ ....
