The BWSR received the initial GLWMO draft Plan on October 16, 2000, and the last of the review <br />agencies received the draft on October 18, 2000. Therefore, the 45-day review and comment period <br />will end on December 17, 2000. Minnesota Statutes Section 103B.231, Subdivisions 7, 8, 9 <br />provides for an initial draft review (60 days), a final draft review (45 days) and final plan approval <br />(90 days). Any final amendments to the Plan must be incorporated into a final reprinted Plan. Final <br />Plan review and approval according to Minnesota Statute (MS) 103B.231 Subp. 9 will commence <br />upon submittal, by the GLWMO, of the final Plan to the BWSR, only. This review process will <br />include noticing of the Plan according to MS 103D.401 and 103D.405.
