CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Moved by Bob Johnson, seconded by Paul Ellefson, to approve the June 6, 2001, minutes. The <br />motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No changes were made to the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 01-28: Bachman's -Maplewood <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, seconded by Roger Lake, to approve Permit #O1-28. Motion carried. <br />Permit 01-30: Blacktern Pond Site -Little Canada <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit #01-30. Motion carried.. <br />Brad Lindaman reported that the District is also working with the City of Little Canada to lower the <br />pond elevation which has raised in recent years, causing flooding on Country Drive. Staff are in the <br />process of getting a DNR permit to lower the ordinary high water (OHW) elevation. The owner and <br />contractor, Frattalone Excavating, will install an outlet for Blacktern Pond. The outlet will route flows <br />towards the Owasso Basin system. <br />UPDATE, Permit 01-24: Wells Far o Prosperity Office -Maplewood <br />The applicant has opted to proceed with project based on the permit as approved by the Board last <br />month, which included a requirement that all inflows to the Beltline system shall not be increased over <br />that which currently exists. <br />
