Presenters include: Kurt Deter, partner with the Rinke-Noonan Law Firm in St. Cloud. Mr. Deter's practice <br />concentrates on water-related issues, including drainage and wetland issues. Deter represents watershed districts, counties, cities, <br />farmers and landowners throughout Minnesota on drainage issues. <br />Dr. Gary Sands is an Extension Engineer-Water Resources in the Dept. of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering at the <br />University of Minnesota. His work in water management draws on experience gained in seven U.S.states and abroad. Dr. Sands <br />develops applied research and educational programs related to agricultural drainage and water management involving both field <br />experimentation and computer modeling.
