CALL TO~ ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Moved by Bob Johnson, seconded by Roger Lake, to approve the minutes of February 6, 2002. <br />The motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No changes were made to the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 02-05: Hidden Ponds -Oakdale <br />Staff recommends granting a wetland exemption for the filling of 906 square feet of one wetland. The <br />applicant will also create 902 square feet of wetland to mitigate for the filled wetland. <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve Permit #02-OS and the associated wetland <br />fill exemption. Motion carried. <br />Permit 02-09; Tartan Hiah School Phase 4 -Oakdale <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Paul Ellefson seconded, to approve Permit #02-09. Motion carried. <br />Permit 02-10; The Ponds of Battle Creek -Maplewood <br />Watershed District staff worked closely with the design group to address the environmental issues on <br />this site, and District approval of the conceptual plan was granted on October 3, 2001. The applicant is <br />requesting two wetland exemptions, one involving the filling of a 1606 square foot wetland, and the <br />other to excavate a second wetland. <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit #02-10 and the associated <br />wetland fill and wetland excavation exemptions. Motion carried. <br />
