<br />RESOLUTION NO. 436 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF TIlE MEETING OF TIlE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD <br />ON <br />APRIL 21, 1961 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due notice, the regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on April 21, 1961, at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees McGee, Reinecke, Flanagan and <br /> <br />Shields. <br /> <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Flanagan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Northwestern Bell Telephone <br />Company be authorized to place buried telephone cable in Lydia <br />Avenue, west of North Fairview Avenue, as requested in their <br />application of April 13, 1961. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereon: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees McGee, Reinecke, Flanagan and Shields, and the following <br />voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />PJJ.tI:Z~~/ <br /> <br />VI LLAGE CLE RK <br />
