As a part of the City Hall reconstruction project, <br />the City is infiltrating the runoff from a 0.32 inch storm, as required. by Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />Long Lake Pond.• Treatment of storm water runoff from County Road C Reconstruction is being <br />provided in the cloverleaf of 35W at County Road C. The City also requires on site stormwater <br />treatment on redevelopment proposals in this watershed. <br />7. Adjoining Property owners: <br />See attached lists for 2003 projects. <br />Bennett Lake is surrounded by City Park Land so we did not attach information for that pond. <br />9. Status of Other Approvals: <br />We will need to obtain a permit from Rice Creek watershed District for work on Oasis Pond and Long <br />Lake Pond. We will need .approval from the Grass Lake Board for Bennett Lake. We are <br />simultaneously applying for these permits. <br />
