Brasch moved approval of payment of the invoices as presented,
Soderbeck seconded. Ayes: 4 ,Nays: 0
D. Other Business
D-1 West Vadnais Inter-Agency Meeting
Maloney provided a summary of the meetings that were held to discuss potential
remedies for high water levels of Grass, West Vadnais and Black Tern Lakes.
Ramsey County and the St. Paul Water Utility were attempting to improve the
outlet condition for the Vadnais Lake Watershed, and were investigating possible
storm water improvements with MnDOT on their I-694/35 design. It was
understood that the responsibility for these types of improvements was primarily
between VLAMO and the St. Paul Water Utility; Ramsey County was acting as a
facilitator for the meetings and GLWMO was involved for information only.
