Ayes: 3 Nays: 0. <br />B. <br />New Business <br />B-1 Lake Data Update <br />There was discussion concerning the 2002/2003 data for Bennett, Snail, Wabasso, <br />and Owasso Lakes, and Terry Noonan's (Ramsey County) protocol for data <br />collection sampling. <br />B-2 Ramsey-Washington Metro WD Update <br />The Board discussed the proposed agreement with RVVMWD and requested that <br />the letter agreement be available for the next meeting. <br />
