The Board, VLAWMO and GLWMO will reimburse the County for their respective share of
construction costs for the West Vadnais Lake outlet based on the final project payment request
certified by MnDOT to include accurate accounting of actual quantities used for the project.
Payment to the County shall be made within 30 days of receipt of adequate documentation.
3. The County shall obtain the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permit for Work in
Public Waters to construct the West Vadnais Lake outlet.
4. The Board shall provide a Zero Dollar Permit to MnDOT to construct the inlet of the West
Vadnais outlet pipe on property owned by St. Paul.
5. The District shall assess the impact of potential future changes and notify the project
partners if, in its opinion, the original function of the West Vadnais Lake outlet may be
significantly altered. In such an event, the District will convene a meeting of project partners to
discuss the situation and identify appropriate remediation activities to maintain the original
function of the West Vadnais Lake outlet.
10.
