The goal of the plan is to prevent human-related contamination from entering St. Paul's water supply wells and to protect all who use the water supply system from adverse health effects associated with groundwater contamination. This notice is required by the Minnesota Wellhead Protection Rule 4720, part 4720.5300. A public information meeting will be held upon completion of the first phase of the wellhead protection plan. In accordance with the wellhead protection rule, the following information is included with this notice: 1.
