The goal of the plan is to prevent human- <br />related contamination from entering Saint Paul's water supply wells and to protect all who use the water supply system <br />from adverse health effects associated with groundwater contamination. This notice is required by the Minnesota <br />Wellhead Protection Rule 4720, part 4720.5300. <br />A public information meeting will be held upon completion of the first phase of the wellhead protection plan. <br />In accordance with the wellhead protection rule, the following information is included with this notice: <br />1.
