The outlet will consist of a 150-foot shallow channel leading to a 15- <br />inch pipe with. a runout elevation of 881.7 (NGVD 1929). All excavated materials are to be stored in a <br />upland location. <br />Please read the Conditions of the permit, particularly those related to erosion control and purple <br />loosestrife monitoring. Also note Condition #14 that allows for maintenance of the outlet with written <br />approval from the Area Hydrologist. Finally, note that Condition #17 requires that an operating plan <br />be approved by DNR Waters prior to operation of the outlet structure. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
