MNDOT <br />PROPOSAL INFORMATION <br />Applicant: Ramsey County Public Works and Ramsey-Washington Watershed District <br />Protected Water: West Vadnais Lake DNR ID#: 62-38P County: Ramsey <br />Project Description: Construction of an overflow outlet for West Vadnais Lake. The outlet will consist of a shallow <br />channel approximately 150' in length leading to a 15" pipe (outlet structure) at a run out elevation of 881.9' (1988 <br />Datum) that will than flow under I-694 to County Ditch 16. An existing culvert under Vadnais Blvd may also need to be <br />repaired or replaced. The project is needed to prevent flooding along segments of Rice Street and St. Paul Regional <br />Wafer Service's pumping station.
