James has prior experience serving as a board member <br />of GLWMO from 1997 through 2002, and had involvement in the development of the current GLWMO <br />Watershed Management Plan. Karen is very active with current Sierra Club initiatives with regard to <br />water resources in Shoreview. <br />No formal Board action is required for this item. <br />
