The purpose of this requirement is so that any future owners of your <br />property are made aware of both the fact that the retaining wall was authorized by permit and that they <br />will be responsible for mainte~~.ance and future possible removal of the structure. This pern~it must be <br />title-registered in the Office of the County Recorder. When you report the recordation number to this <br />office, we will forward a Notice of Permit Card to you. You t[o not have authorization to begin this <br />woriz until you have received such Notice of Permit Card and posted same at project site. <br />Please read the Conditions of the permit, particularly those that require you to maintain the authorized <br />project in a stable and safe condition..
