The billing outline below is for extra analysis requested by Scott Sobiech of Barr Engineering for Lake Owasso in 2007. The extra analysis resulted in sampling another lake site and also for more detailed sampling at 1 m increments at the 5401 site. Our normal sampling of Lake Owasso is done at the 5401 site. The extra analysis is charged for but we did not charge for our normal sampling regimen. The extra analyses costs for the two sites, 5401 and 5403, are summarized in the tables below. Scott Sobiech said that Barr's contract with you did not include costs for water analysis and that we should directly bill you for the extra field and. analysis costs. Scott said if Barr billed you directly for this they would have to add an additional 10% charge onto the billing.
