The Expanded Scope of Services (copy <br />attached) details. the additional services and adjustments recommended to continue with the. diagnosis and <br />analysis of the causes of the water quality trends in Lake Owasso. The Board discussed this in concept at <br />their interim working meeting in February, and the Scope reflects the comments made at that meeting. <br />Barr representatives will be available at the meeting to present and discuss the details of the proposed. <br />expanded scope of services. <br />Recommended Board Action: <br />It is recommended that the Board consider approving the Agreement. <br />
