This is the <br />Onsite Program's 35th year of delivering instruction <br />to septic system professionals involved in the design, <br />installation, inspection and care of septic systems <br />In addition to delivering 41 courses for septic sys- <br />tem professionals this year, OSTP will provide custom- <br />ized continuing education for sponsoring local units of <br />government and private companies, and Department <br />of Commerce certified continuing education for private ` <br />companies, and Department of Commerce certified <br />continuing education for realtors. OSTP is also fin- <br />ishing its Professional Training Manual revision to <br />coincide with recent rule revisions. It will create a more <br />user-friendly guide to septic system design, installation <br />and care. OSTP anticipates a January l, 2009 release <br />date of the new manual. <br />This year OSTP is offering Homeowner Operation <br />and Maintenance Education (HOME).
