No lobbying or <br />professional grant-writing experience <br />is necessary for success. <br />DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION <br />4:30 PM, FRIDAY MAY 1, 2009 <br />THIS IS A FIRM DEADLINE. <br />SUBMIT PROPOSAL: <br />Web-based Submission of <br />Proposals Required* <br />Go to: www.lccmr.leg.mn and select <br />"2010 LCCMR Proposal Submit Form" <br />Keep a copy of your submission for <br />your records. <br />*If unable to use the web-based <br />proposal submit form, please contact <br />LCCMR staff to assist you or to <br />arrange for an alternative method of <br />submission.. <br />ELIGIBLE EXPENSES: <br />For a complete list of eligible and non- <br />eligible expenses see page 13. <br />PROPOSAL ASSISTANCE: <br />LCCMR staff are available to assist <br />proposers, answer questions, or <br />review and provide feedback on drafts <br />of proposals. Proposers are <br />encouraged to submit proposal <br />drafts to help ensure proposals are <br />focused, clear, and contain all <br />necessary information. Drafts must <br />be received by 04/27/09 to allow <br />adequate time for staff review.
