Organizational Items <br />A-1 Approval of Agenda <br />Eckman reported attending an update meeting on Ramsey County ground water. She <br />noted a budget placeholder for 2010 for acost-share program. Ramsey County <br />Conservation suggests adding an exception to the shoreline reference, which needs <br />discussion. Root agreed to add that item to the beginning of the agenda. <br />Root moved, seconded by Femngton to approve the agenda as amended. <br />Vote: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />A-2 Approval of Minutes <br />Root moved, seconded by Westerberg to approval the January 22, 2009 meeting <br />minutes. Vote: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />Eckman moved, seconded by Kelsey to approva] the October 1 b, 2008 meeting <br />minutes with one correction on page 4. Vote: Ayes - S Nays - 0 <br />B.
