GRASS LAKE WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION -DECEMBER 15, 2009 2 <br />The DNR grant application deadline is approaching -January 18, 2010. <br />The board discussed the merits of applying the solicitation versus the 2011 round of <br />applications. Extensive <br />discussion on what services are included and what long term needs are and who would <br />provide those services ensued. <br />The board discussed the need to begin the budget process earlier if they contract for <br />services. <br />The board revised the minimum cost of the agreement down by $1,000 to $11,185. <br />Motion by Kelsey to authorize the chair to negotiate and draw up a professional services <br />agreement reflecting the items in the proposal. Kelsey motioned, seconded by <br />Westerberg. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 3 Nays - 0 <br />Eckman abstained. <br />Eckman moved, Kelsey seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 <br />
