'. .') f 1'J RESOLUTION 11~1 >.. ./-- At a (regular) (~ meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville duly held on the 2nd day of June , 1961, the following resolution was offered by Flanagan , seconded by Rein ecke , to-wit 1 ./ WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared pre1i.mi.na.ry plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk High- way Number 35W wi thin the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville from County Road "c" to approximately 1550 feet northerly thereof; and WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Depart- ment of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as Layout 9B, T.H. 35W vicinity of T.H. 35W and C.R. "C"; and WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; and WHEREAS said preli~j~ar,y plans indicate the construction of the proposed extension of Long Lake Road northerly from the center line of Ramsey Count,y Road "C" for approximately 775 feet; NOW, THm, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improve- ment of Trunk: Highway Number 35W renumbered Trunk Highway Number 394 wi thin the 1imi ts of the Village of Roseville be and hereby are approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha't the Village of Roseville will acquire the right of way necessary for the construction of the northerly extension of Long Lake Road for a distanoe of approximately 775 feet northerlY from the oenter line of Ramsey County Road "C", together with the abutting owner.' righ't of access on the easterly side, to said extended Long Lake Road, northerly of 'the proposed
