'-" - ':.::11 ji llc. ~ ~').i} ~J.rl'."_ and the following were a~wn ".~C .j< . introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RBSOIMrION APPROVI1<BXTRA 8188 ION , CHAPl'D 86, AUTJI)RIZING THE VILLAGE OF ROSB- VILLB TO CONDBIfN CERTAIN PROPd'L-r FOR A KUlfICIPAL STATE AID STRBBT BE IT RBSOL'VED by the Village Council of the Village of Boaeville, that tile Council has received and exaalned a certified copy of LaWS, 1961, Extra 8_ion, Chapter 86, approved by the governor June 7, 1961, entitled "AN ACT AUTJDlIZI1<PROPBRTY FOR A MUNICIPAL STATB AID STRBBT, "Mch, aCCOrding to :1 ts te1"ll8, 18 to becaae effect! ve only after its approval by the governing bod)' of the Village of RoBeville, and upon compliance with LaWS, 1959, Chapter 368; tbat having considered the teJ'lllS and provisions of the act and being fully advised in the preaises, the Village COWlcil does hereby approve the saaae; and that the Clerk of the Village shall file a certified copy of this resolution with the secretary of state of the State of Minnesota, and aball request of the Secretary of state a certificate that such filinl bas been done in accor- dance with Laws 1959, Chapter 368.
