<br />_. ..;L. <br /> <br />1 /' <br />.:_~OL~ <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE HELD July 28, 1961 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of The <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 28, 1961, at 8:00 <br />01 clock P. M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Member Reinecke <br />following resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 464 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION V ACA TING A CERTAIN SECTION OF BRENNER <br />AVENUE IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A petition dated the 1st day of June , 1961, <br />signed by a majority of the owners of real property abutting upon a certain <br />section of Brenner Avenue, hereinafter described, requesting the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville to vacate said section of said avenue <br />according to law was duly filed with the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, and said Council met on July 14, 1961, at 8: 00 P. M. at a <br />place specified in a notice duly published and posted as required by law <br />and has heard all interested persons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It appears that it would be in the interests of the <br />public that a section of said Brenner Avenue as hereinafter described be <br />vacated; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) That a section of Brenner Avenue in the Village of Roseville as <br />the same is now dedicated and laid out be, and the same hereby is, vacated <br />and discontinued as a public street. <br /> <br />Said section of Brenner Avenue is legally described as follows: <br />
