Extract of Minutes of Meeting Village Council Village of Roseville, Minnesota August 4, 1961 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Council office in the Village Hall in said village on August 4, 1961 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields. and the following were absent: None Member Reinecke moved the adoption of the following resolutio!:l: REsoLurroN NO. 470 RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ADEQUACY OF A PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT WHEREAS on July 28 a petition was filed with the Village Council and referred to the Village Clerk for checking as to form and sufficiency for a proposed water improvement in an area generally described therein and WHEREAS said Village Clerk has certified that he has examined and checked the petition and found the same to be inproper form and signed by 40.34 % of the owners of the property affected ~ by the making of the improvement petitioned for; BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That certain petition requesting the improvement of the following described territory: Connnencing at the intersection of T.H. 36 & Fairview Ave., thence westerly along the centerline of said T.H. 36 to west village line, thence south on west village line to Co. Rd. B. thence easterly on Co. Rd. B to west line of Fairways Sub, thence southerly on west line, thence easterly on !Duth line, thence northerly on east line, all of said subdivision, thence easterly on Co. Rd. B to Clevel.and Ave., thence southerly on Cleveland Ave. 243 feet, thence easterly one-half mile to Fairview Ave. thence northerly on centerline of Fairview Avenue to the point of beginning.
