Extract of Minutes of Meeting Village Council Village of Roseville, Minnesota August 4, 1961 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Council office in the Village Hall in said village on August 4, 1961 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. and the following were absent: None The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields Member Shields moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 472 RESOLUTION REFERRING PETITION NO. FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT TO VILLAGE CLERK WHEREAS a certain petition has been received requesting the improvement of the following described territory: Commencing at a point of the NE corner of Lot 9, Jordan's Garden Lots, thence WLY along the N line of said Lot 9 a distance of 106.11 feet, thence NLY to the centerline of Roselawn Ave., thence WLY along the centerline of Roselawn Ave. a distance of 34.11, thence NLY a distance of 178.11 ft., thence ELY and parallel with the centerline of Roselawn Ave. a distance of 134.69 ft., thence NLY a distance of 150 ft., thence ELYa distance of 227.89 ft., thence SLY of last described line to the centerline of Roselawn Ave., thence WLY along said centerline to the intersection of Victoria st., centerline, thence SLY along said centerline to the intersection of the extended S line of Lot 2, Jordan's Garden Lots, thence WLY along said extended S line to the SW corner of said Lot 2, thence NLY to the point of beginning. for water improvement generally, was filed with the Village Council on August 4, 1961; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: TL........L.
