The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields. and the following were absent: None Shields moved the adoption of Member the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 473 RESOLUTION REFERRING PETITION NO. FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT TO VILLAGE CLERK WHEREAS a certain petition has been received requesting the improvement of the following described territory: Beginnmg at the NE corner of Lot 2 Blk 1 of Memorial Addition No.1, thence WLY along extended N line of said plat to centerline of Lexington Ave., thence SLY along centerline a distance 0 f 397 ft., thence ELY and parallel with N line of S t of the SW i to the ~v line of Lot 8 Blk 2 of Memorial Addition No.2, thence SLY along said W line to the SW corner of said Lot 8 Blk 2, thence ELY to a point along the extended S Ime of Lot 1 thru 8 Blk 2 to the centerline of Aglen st., thence NLY to point of intersection of centerlines of Aglen st. and Roma Ave., thence WLY along Roma Ave. centerlme to point of intersection of extended E line of Lot 2, thence NLY along said E line to point of beginning. for water improvement generally, was filed with the Village Council on August 4, 1961;
