Extract of Hinutes of Meeting Village Council Village of Roseville, Minnesota August 25, 1961 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof ~ a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Council office in the Village Hall in said village on August 25, 19 61, at 8:00 oJclock P.Mo The follmving members Here present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke, McGee and Shields. and the folloHing were absent: None Member Flanagan moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO, ~ RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ADEQUACY OF A PETITION AND ORDER1NG PREPARATION OF REPORT iJHEREAS on August h. 19 61 a petition was filed with the Village Council and referred to the Village Clerk for checking as to form and sufficiency for a proposed water improvement in an area generally described therein and \.J1IEREAS said Village Clerk ha s certified that he has examined and checked the petition and found the same to be in proper form and signed by 36.78 % of the owners of the property affected by the making of the improvement petitioned for; BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: L That certain petition requesting the improvement of the following described territory: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the extended N line of McCarron's Addition and the centerline of Western Avenue, being a distance of hoo' S of the NE corner of the Mi 1/4 of See 13, T. 29, R. 23. Thence, W along the N line of said HcCarron's Addition a distance of 974.5 ft., thence NLY a distance of 200 ft., thence WLY 260 ft., thence SLY 200 fto to the N line of said McCarronts Addition, thence W along said N line to the M~ corner of McCarron's Addition, thence SLY AND SELY along WLY line of Blk 5 of said plat to centerline of N.
