CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1389 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 103.01, SECTION B <br />CITY PRIMARY ELECTION DATE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 103.01 Section B of <br />the Roseville City Code is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />10.01: CITY ELECTION: <br />A. Election Date Fixed: The city <br />general election shall be held on the first <br />Tuesday after the first Monday in <br />November of each even numbered year, <br />beginning with the 2006 election. (Ord. <br />1264, 6-3-2002) <br />B. Primary Election Date: Whenever <br />there are candidates for election to <br />municipal office in excess of two for the <br />office of mayor or in excess of two for <br />each office of council member, then a <br />municipal primary election shall be held <br />for such office or offices on tMe~-#ireE <br />date the same date e4-as the state <br />primaryglection in each even-numbered <br />year. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date.
