City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1392 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 1010.03, SECTION 10 <br />POSTING POLITICAL SIGNAGE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 1010.03 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />1010.03: PERMITS: <br />10. Political signs to the extent that the following criteria are met: <br />a. In years when a state general election is held, political signs may be posted from <br />~t-1- 46 days before the primary election until 10 days following the state general <br />election. Any such signs must be removed by those responsible for their being posted. <br />b. In years when no state general election is held, if there is a primary for any office, <br />political signs for all offices may be posted no more than 2ldays before the primary <br />election. When there is no primary for any office, such signs may be posted not more than <br />21 days before the general election. All such signs must be removed by those responsible for <br />their being posted within five days following the general election. Said political signs shall <br />not exceed 12 square feet gross area. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage <br />and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 12t" day of April, 2010. <br />
