Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, March 29, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Councilmember Pust announced the upcoming Roseville Clean-up Day scheduled for <br />April 24, 2010, encouraging all residents to plan on participating, and noting that addi- <br />tional information would be forthcoming. <br />Mayor Klausing thanked Councilmember Johnson for serving as Acting Mayor at last <br />week's meeting while Mayor Klausing was on vacation. <br />5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />a. Proclaim April 30, 2010 Arbor Day <br />Mayor Klausing read a proclamation designating April 30, 2010 as Arbor Day in <br />the City of Roseville. <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, proclaiming April 30, 2010 as Arbor Day in the City <br />of Roseville. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />6. Approve Minutes <br />a. Approve Minutes of March 22, 2010 Regular Meeting <br />Roe moved, Johnson seconded, approval of the minutes of the March 22, 2010 <br />Regular meeting as presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Klausing <br />Motion carried. <br />7. Approve Consent Agenda <br />There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br />the request of Mayor Klausing, Acting City Manager Chris Miller briefly reviewed those <br />items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />a.
