Yes, only the language highlighted in red under 302.07, Granting License, B: "controlling <br />interest". <br />2. As of 2009, the Police Department records indicate there were 58 alcohol licenses <br />3. As of 2009, 14 license holders advised the Police Department they participated in server <br />training <br />4. The proposed ordinance does not increase the training requirements for the licensees who <br />are already training their employees <br />5. Since 2005 there have been no cases of multiple violations within a 12 month period that <br />would be accelerated by the proposed ordinance.
