Extract of Minutes of the Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on the 15th day of September, 1961, at 12:00 o'clock noon. The following members were present: 14'ayor CedRrholm, Trustees Flanagan and Reinecke and the following were absent: Trustee Shields and l1cGee The Clerk presented the proposed assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, as prepared by him with the assistance of the consulting engineers heretofore employed in connection with said improvement, and in accordance with the instructions of this Council. The assessment roll was examined and considered and directed to be placed on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. Trustee Reinecke then introduced the following res'JLltion and moved its adoption: /~~ 7Zo ~<y't RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IM- PROVEMENT NO. 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore prepared by the Clerk and engineers for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk, is hereby approved as the proposed assessment for said improvement, and this Countil shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice set forth in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of passing upon the individual assessments set forth in said roll and hearing all objections thereto. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Rose Tribune, the official newspaper of the Village, at least two (2) weeks before the date of the meeting, which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
