<br />Resolution No. 49 <br /> <br />Adopted July 14, 1953 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer of the Village of Roseville has prepared a <br />map, a copy of which is hereto attached, of Section 15, Township 29, Hange 23, <br />except the Southwest Quarter (.;) thereof, being within the Village of RCEeville, <br />indicating the lands reserved for future streets and the proposed future <br />extension or widening of existing street within said area, and, <br />WHEREAS, pu1blic hearing was held upon said map on July 7, 1953, after ten <br />(10) days public notice thereof in the Rose Tribune, the legal newspaper <br />for said Village, and <br />WHEREAS, the original of said map is on file with the Clerk of said Village <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the original of the map hereto att3ched <br />is adopted ace the official street map of the VilL;.ge of Roseville for the <br />area covered thereby, and <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, That this resolution, together with the hereto attached <br />copy of said map, be published in the Rose Tribune, and, together with the <br />affidavi t of publication, be filled with the Register of Deeds for Ramsey <br />County, Hlimnesota, and the Regist~ar of Titles for said County, if any <br />property registered in the torrens s~tem of titles is affected thereby. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
