<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N o. 490 <br /> <br />WlIEREAS, lbse Realty, Inc., as developer, has platted <br /> <br />ED BOSSARDS ROSE ACRES and therein dedicated certain street known <br /> <br />as SHRYER AVENUE and pursuant to certain provisions of Village <br /> <br />Ordinance, ha.s undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be <br /> <br />graded and stabilized and has duly filed its bond for the completion <br /> <br />of construction of said street within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />SHRlER AVENUE <br /> <br />S 1/2 from Chatsworth Street to <br />Oxford Street, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rose Realty, Inc. has filed and also made its <br /> <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected <br /> <br />said street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction <br /> <br />of said street has been completed in accordance with all the require- <br /> <br />ments of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of <br /> <br />said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW 'fHEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following street, <br />Shryer Ave, S 1/2 from Chatsworth Street to Oxford Street, located <br /> <br />in Ed Bossards Rose Acres, be and is hereby accepted by the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville as a Village street and that Rose Realty, Inc., developer, <br /> <br />and Anchor Casualty Company, bonding comPanY, be and are hereby <br /> <br />released from any further liability for construction and maintenance <br /> <br />of said street. <br />
