WHEREAS since that a date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each ~rcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1961 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Willmus Homesites Plat 2 Ex N 17.84 ft; lot 31, block 3 $457.99 No. 2959 & 2960 Ex. N 17.84 ft; lot 32, block 3 644.33 Apportionment: Ex N 17.84 ft; the W 14.3 ft of lot 32 & ex N 17.84 ft; lot 31, block 3 544.50 Ex N 17.84 ft & ex W 14.3 ft; lot 32, block 3 The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby 557.82 authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Shields , and upon vote being taken there on, the following voted in favor thereof: lVlCJyor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanaf;an, Reinecke, I'kGee and Shields. and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adpted.
