<br />WHEREAS since that a date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided <br /> <br />and conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be <br /> <br />made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br /> <br />against each ~rcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br /> <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1961 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments <br /> <br />as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as <br /> <br />amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />Willmus Homesites Plat 2 <br />Ex N 17.84 ft; lot 31, <br />block 3 <br /> <br />$457.99 <br /> <br />No. 2959 & 2960 <br /> <br />Ex. N 17.84 ft; lot 32, <br />block 3 <br /> <br />644.33 <br /> <br />Apportionment: <br /> <br />Ex N 17.84 ft; the W 14.3 ft <br />of lot 32 & ex N 17.84 ft; <br />lot 31, block 3 <br /> <br />544.50 <br /> <br />Ex N 17.84 ft & ex W 14.3 ft; <br />lot 32, block 3 <br /> <br />The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />557.82 <br /> <br />authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to <br /> <br />certify same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />there on, the following voted in favor thereof: lVlCJyor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Flanaf;an, Reinecke, I'kGee and Shields. <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adpted. <br />
