<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 494 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roberts Development Company, as developer, has <br /> <br /> <br />platted WESTERN HILLS and therein dedicated certain streets known as <br /> <br /> <br />COHANSEY STREET, IRENE COURT 1 IRENE STREET 1 SEXTANT AVENUE and TRANSIT <br /> <br />AVENUE, and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has <br /> <br />undertaken to grade and stabilize, or cause to be graded and stabilized <br /> <br />said streets within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />COHANSEY STREET from Co. Road B 2 to Transit Avenue <br />IRENE COURT from Irene Street west to cul-de-sac <br />IRENE STREET from Co. Road B 2 to Sextant Avenue <br />SEXTANT AVENUE from Cohansey street to Irene Street <br />TRANSIT AVENUE from Cohansey Street to Western Avenue, <br /> <br />and has duly filed its bonds for the completion of construction of <br />Irene Street and Sextant Avenue as described above, and Cohansey Street <br />from Co. Road B2 to Sextant Avenue, and, <br />'W'HEREAS, Roberts Development Company has filed and also made <br />its request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by <br />the Village of FDseville, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has exam1ned and inspected said <br />streets, and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of <br />said streets has been completed in accordance with all the requirements <br />of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets <br />by the Village. <br />
