Extract of Minutes of Meeting Village Council Village of Roseville~ Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village .~ Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Council office in the Village Hall in said village on October 13, 19 61 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. ,;. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, Flanagan, Reinecke and I1cGee, and the following were absent: Trustee Shields Member Flanagan moved the adoption of the following esolution: RESOLUTION NO. 498 RESOLUTION REFERRING PETITION FOR SANITARY SEWER TI1PROVEMENT TO VILlAGE CLERK WHEREAS a certain petition has been received request ng the improvement of the following described territory: ALL OF GOVERNMENT IDT 2 AND THA.T PORTION OF VERNMENT LOT 3 LYllJG NORTHERLY OF JOSEPHINE ROAD AND SOUT Y OF IAKE JOSEPHINE, EXCEPT THE WEST 438 FEET OF S ID GOVERNIvIENT LOT 3, ALL IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 2 , IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILIE, RAMSEY roUNTY, MINNESOTA, for sanitary sewer improvement generally, was filed with he Village Council on October 13, 1961: NOW THEREFOHE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council f the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the petition be referred to the Village Cle k of the Village of Roseville for purposes of examining, checking the same to see whether the same be. in proper form and whether the same be signed by the req red number of owners of property affected by the making of the improvement petiti ned for. 2. The Village Clerk is instructed to report to the Council with all con- venient speed, advising the Council as to his findings th rein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolut on was duly seconded by Member Reinecke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, Flanagan Reinecke and McGee and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and ad pted.
