<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville~ Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />.~ Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Council <br />office in the Village Hall in said village on October 13, 19 61 at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />,;. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, <br />Flanagan, Reinecke and I1cGee, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Flanagan moved the adoption of the following esolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 498 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING PETITION <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER TI1PROVEMENT <br />TO VILlAGE CLERK <br /> <br />WHEREAS a certain petition has been received request ng the improvement of the <br />following described territory: <br /> <br />ALL OF GOVERNMENT IDT 2 AND THA.T PORTION OF VERNMENT LOT 3 <br />LYllJG NORTHERLY OF JOSEPHINE ROAD AND SOUT Y OF <br />IAKE JOSEPHINE, EXCEPT THE WEST 438 FEET OF S ID GOVERNIvIENT <br />LOT 3, ALL IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 2 , IN THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILIE, RAMSEY roUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br /> <br /> <br />for sanitary sewer improvement generally, was filed with he Village Council on <br />October 13, 1961: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOHE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council f the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the petition be referred to the Village Cle k of the Village of <br />Roseville for purposes of examining, checking the same to see whether the same be. <br />in proper form and whether the same be signed by the req red number of owners of <br />property affected by the making of the improvement petiti ned for. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is instructed to report to the Council with all con- <br />venient speed, advising the Council as to his findings th rein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolut on was duly seconded by <br />Member Reinecke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the ollowing voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, Flanagan Reinecke and McGee <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and ad pted. <br />
