../ / RESOLUTION NO. 500 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a storm drainage project, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain storm drainage project and accompanying appurtenances thereto to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tha the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of a drainage ditch over and across a strip of land, said strip of land is described as follows; to-wit: The Southerly 20 feet of the Easterly 270 feet of the following described parcel: All that part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 10, T 29, R 23, which lies West of Snelling Avenue, described as follows: Commence at a point on the West line of Said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, 809.05 feet North from the SW corner of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4; thence E from W line of said NW 1/4 on an angle of 92005' turned to right of West line a distance of 843.87 feet to the Westerly line of Snelling curve; thence SWly along Snelling Curve to the South line of said NW 1/4 of NW 1/4; thence West along the South line of the NW 1 /4 of NW 1 /4 to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the East 100 feet of the North 70 feet of the South 258 feet of the West 200 feet, and except the North 95 feet of the South 163 feet of the West 210 feet thereof. also, a further easement 25 feet in width, the center line of which easement is described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said parcel, said point being 280' west of the SE corner of said parcel; thence northerly 615'; thence S 87000' W approximately 240'; thence N 57000' W approximately 25'; thence N 14030' W 56'; thence northerly approximately 130' to a point on the North line of said parcel, said point being 240' east of the West line of said Sec. 10.
