<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE" MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 16, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota.. was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 16, 1968 I <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: !.Iayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Graue 1, Linebarger and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follOWing Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS I Har-Mar.. Incorporated" and Midway Company <br />have indicated that they intend to reimburse the Village the sum <br />of $11,464.00 as and for payment of Zamboni Ice Resurfacing <br />Machine, <br /> <br />NOW ~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE.. AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign <br />on behalf of the Village an Agreement between Roseville I Har-Mar I <br />Incorporated and Midway Company, copy of which is attached hereto, <br />marked Exhibit II A ", and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re solution <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: ,. <br />j~one <br />
