<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />16th day of December, 1968, at 7:30' o'clock, P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor f"loll, Counei lmen Curley, <br />Linebarger, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5006 <br /> <br />RESO' IDTIO'N RELATING TO REVOKING CERTAIN STREET <br />AS MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council c:f the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal <br /> <br />State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; <br /> <br />NOH THEREFORE, BE IT RESO'LVED, by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Rosevile that the road described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />County Road B-2 from Snelling Avenue (TH.51) to Hamline Avenue <br />Segments <br />M.S.A. 218-0'20' and 218-0'30' <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village <br /> <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESO'LVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br /> <br />of Highways for his consideration. <br />
