<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the sixteenth day of December, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Counci lmen Cur ley, Graue I, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPROPRIATION OF <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H. PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed adviseable and necessary for the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville to participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. <br /> <br />No. within the limits of said municipality, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said construction plans dated September 16, 1968, has been approved <br /> <br />by the Department of Highways and identified in its records as S.A.P. No. 60-218-06; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville Council at their September 16, 1968 meeting, <br /> <br />passed Resolution No. 4025 requesting the County of Ramsey to designate County Road <br /> <br />B-2 between Snelling and Hamline Avenues as a County State Aid Highway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, in their Resolution 9-9395, <br /> <br />dated November 18, 1968, designated such County Road B-2 from Snelling to Hamline <br /> <br />Avenues as a County State Aid Highway. <br />
